DISCOVERY CALL $50 / 30 min

Peak Health Horizon first offers an initial discovery call, it is a 30-minute session designed to determine mutual compatibility; during this time, clients can gauge if our services align with their wellness goals. To further incentivize participation, we offer a complimentary eBook valued at $50, effectively making the discovery call free for motivated individuals seeking a transformative health journey.

(1)New Client - Pay/Order Labs - typically 2-3 weeks to receive labs drop-shipped directly to client's doorstep at home or office. The labs are collected in privacy of their home and mailed directly back to the lab (Evexia / Medical Director Program). Labs typically can take approximately 2-3 weeks to analyze and return results to Peak Health Horizon for a results and review consultation .

(2) 60min consult w/o supplement-pre lab results these recommendations are the pre-emptive or preliminary actions to start addressing hidden stressors as identified through a detailed medical history and intake forms plus (Metabolic Chaos Scorecard) : $ 75 / 60 min

3) 45 min consult to cover how to perform the collection of lab samples from their home : $50 / 30 min

4) 90min R&R (results and recommendation) - After the laboratory sends out the Results to Peak Health Horizon, your health consultant will schedule a consulting session (R&R) to address the entire DRESS for Health Protocol (90 day protocol). $ 150 / 90min

4) (6) Follow-up appointments/consultations throughout the (90-120) days

*Note - Labs typically can take approximately 2-3 weeks from time of order to arrive at your doorstep. Also, once labs are shipped via mail typically allow for another 2-3 weeks for labs to be processed and results received by client. Actionable lifestyle steps will be provided while the client awaits their results.

The 90-day DRESS for Success protocol serves as a comprehensive roadmap for clients looking to enhance their well-being through structured routines. DRESS is an acronym representing the (5) main pillars of health that will be addressed in their healing process - diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation . Following the onboarding process, health coaches will order labs and begin with implementing some changes in lifestyle while they await their lab results. In the second appointment, clients receive detailed instructions on how to perform at-home lab tests, including urine, saliva, and blood spot tests, along with a blood draw center for the food sensitivities test . The third appointment is a crucial Results and Recommendations (R&R) session, lasting 90 minutes, where clients receive insights based on their lab results. Additionally, there are (6-8) follow-up consultations, each lasting 45 minutes, focused on ongoing support and adjustments as needed. This systematic approach ensures clients are well-equipped and informed as they embark on their transformation journey.
